To get started, please book a New Client Paperwork Appointment through our scheduling system.

• It’s a chance for us to set up your client chart and give you access to the required intake paperwork.

• Once your paperwork is complete, message or text us at 405-256-8230, and we’ll schedule you for the first available evaluation with your selected Provider.
